This role oversees all leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, lease administration, market analysis, and team leadership. Assets include entertainment destinations, theme parks and attractions, lifestyle destinations, retail and F&B assets, outdoor lifestyle and recreation assets.

The VP of Leasing plays a critical role in maximizing occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix to support financial and strategic objectives.
