Vice President – Real Estate Development

Our client is a well-capitalised real estate developer with a growing portfolio of mixed-use and commercial assets across the UAE. The organisation is expanding its development pipeline and investment activity.

• Lead real estate development projects from concept through delivery. This role will oversee feasibility studies, financial modelling, design coordination, and execution planning. A key focus will be ensuring projects meet commercial return targets and quality benchmarks.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal development teams.
• Support land acquisition and investment evaluation.
• Coordinate with finance, asset management, and government stakeholders.
