Job Description

Senior Operations Consultant responsible for supporting Insurance reviews and monitoring of APAC loans supported by tangible collateral, including Vessels, aircraft and equipment. Serves as subject matter expert for insurance to ensure coverage is sufficient to protect the bank's collateral interest. Must maintain expertise in insurance industry changes, drive strategic process and technology change to mitigate risk and strengthen collateral protection.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and Monitors insurance policies to ensure adequacy of coverage
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all international collateral insurance monitoring portfolios
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of insurance technology and AI-enabled tools within an operations environment to improve accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
