The Vice Principal supports the Principal in providing strategic, academic, and operational leadership to ensure high standards of education, student achievement, and institutional effectiveness. The role plays a critical part in driving academic excellence, staff performance, student wellbeing, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance Support the Principal in developing and implementing the institution’s academic vision and strategic plan.
