Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and deliver long form YouTube videos (12-15 min) on a daily cadence.
- Build engaging visual layers — motion graphics, text animations, overlays, screen recordings — on top of talking head footage.
- Structure edits for maximum retention: strong hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing that keeps viewers watching.
- Colour grade, audio mix, and polish every video to a consistent quality standard.
- Collaborate with the Script Writer / Creative Director on visual storytelling direction.
- Implement feedback quickly and iterate without ego.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all long form content.
