Long Form Editor
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2+
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and deliver long form YouTube videos (12-15 min) on a daily cadence.
Build engaging visual layers — motion graphics, text animations, overlays, screen recordings — on top of talking head footage.
Structure edits for maximum retention: strong hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing that keeps viewers watching.
Colour grade, audio mix, and polish every video to a consistent quality standard.
Collaborate with the Script Writer / Creative Director on visual storytelling direction.
Implement feedback quickly and iterate without ego.
Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all long form content.
Must Have Skills:
Strong portfolio of long form YouTube edits (education, tech, or creator content preferred)
Expert-level Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong motion graphics skills — text animations, overlays, transitions
