At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.

We are looking for exceptional people to be our new Village Assistant's. You will be a crucial part of our start-up team at Summerset's stunning new Boulcott   Village located in Lower Hutt . We have part time fixed-term contracts as well as casual contracts available through to  31st May 2024. 

Our Village Assistants are in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. The Village Assistant role provides great diversity, therefore you would provide a degree of operational, and administrative cover for our village on a rotating shift roster.
