Educational Attainment Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related field
Professional Background
- At least 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture or home décor sectors
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or operations management role
- Experience with lean manufacturing or production efficiency methods preferred
Competency Requirements
- Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and non-furniture product categories
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and visual planning tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
