Job Summary
The position is responsible for managing client portfolio of accounts by bringing in new opportunities and handling end-to-end negotiations with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Deposit Products i.e. CASA, Remittances for both Existing to Bank (ETB) and New to Bank (NTB).
- Focus on Cross‑sell opportunities such as Digital adoption (S2B), Employee banking referrals, and SME to affluent referrals.
- Implement Standard Chartered BankWay to develop client relationships.
- Maintain complete understanding of the Scorecard for both Financial and Non‑Financial aspects.
- Meet business objectives by delivering month‑on‑month sales budgets and ensuring compliance with assigned scorecard.
- Ensure straight‑through processing for improved customer experience and reduced turnaround time.
