Job Summary:

Manager Voice Platform Architect in Engineering is an SME for designing the Voice Solutions, Network deployed on Ishan Technologies network. It’s a code Engineering function involving technical evaluation of technology and OEM products, by conducting RFP, PoC s, interop testing. He will design services and technology to cater to product requirements received in the MRD and provide design documents e. g. Engineering plan, HLD, LLD. He will be a team member working in collaboration with cross functional teams for services launch / rollout, customer onboarding for revenue growth of organisation. Candidate shall design the solution in adherence to the DOT guidelines, license conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Consult Business team for the technical requirements of the product and for Voice Services – Managed Voice services from Ishan’s Cloud and partner’s OEM cloud.
