Role Overview

The role is accountable for ensuring the stability, performance, and smooth operation of all digital production platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital production operations across web, mobile, APIs, middleware, and integrations.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all digital services with strict adherence to SLAs/OLAs.

• Lead and mature production support functions, including L1–L3 teams, monitoring, on-call operations, and vendor partners.
