Position Title: Vice President, Financial Operations

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Treasury & Accounting, with executive oversight from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid, determined by candidate location and business needs on a case‑by‑case basis.

General Purpose: Responsible for leading the Payment Operations function and overseeing transaction processing for a global CFD brokerage and cryptocurrency exchange.

Specific Objectives (~12 months)

• Use defined KPIs to manage timely and accurate payment processing across all supported products, markets, and jurisdictions.
• Improve payment success rates and reduce payment‑related churn through strategic payment initiatives, optimized payment offerings, and improved transaction routing.
