Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
- Lead and participate in audits covering Risk and Global Markets across the FAB Group.
- Maintain thorough understanding of business, market dynamics, operational risk, CAR, ICAAP, and regulatory environment (UAE and other jurisdictions) to identify weaknesses and report findings to management.
- Perform risk‑based audits of risk management units (Operational, Fraud, Credit, Market, Capital Management, International Locations) and ensure governance, risk management, and controls are in place.
- Share skills and knowledge with audit teams and utilize GIA tools to complete audits.
- Assist in audit of FAB Group’s ERM and related activities in the UAE and internationally.
- Ensure risk‑based audits (Pillar 1–3, RRP, Stress Testing, etc.) are performed according to annual plan, and inform Head of Audit about delays or changes.
