Your mission
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on VP Tech & Product to lead and evolve our omni-channel ecommerce and retail platforms. This role holds end-to-end strategic responsibility for the tech product organization, driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business value across the company.

You will define and execute the digital product strategy, lead and grow a cross-functional team of product managers and other experts across design, business, and engineering, and act as a key sparring partner to leadership on strategic decisions related to digital commerce, customer experience, and operational scalability. You shape product practices, delivery models, and collaboration frameworks across departments, while aligning product investments with KoRo's overarching business goals.
