What This Role Is Really About

This role is about creating regular guests. People may come in for breakfast, lunch, dessert, coffee, or a quick bite — but the way they are treated is what makes them return. We want service that feels warm, confident, and professional. Not robotic. Not careless. Not rushed.

You should be able to make guests feel welcome, guide them through the menu, suggest the right items, and notice the small things before the guest has to ask. A great waiter does not just serve food. A great waiter makes the table feel cared for.
