Opportunity Description
Receiving
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery orders and purchase orders.
Label, store, and organize electronic components, PCBA, and finished goods correctly.
Issue materials to production according to production orders and BOM requirements.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods.
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
- Perform cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies promptly.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for materials with shelf life.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Comply with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control procedures.
- Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and 5S practices.
- Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
