ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee warehouse associates and daily operations. Ensure associates understand their duties or delegated tasks. Initiate and maintain communications with TS Dept., with prompt notifications of any slow-downs or failures ().Maintain strong communications with “customer” and “supplier” departments to ensure mutual “customer service” needs are met. (i.e., get out of your silos!)Enforce company rules and regulations.Utilize appropriate reports to identify productivity opportunities.Monitor associate productivity and provide constructive feedback & coaching.Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and focus in their areas of responsibility.Ability to perform all warehouse functions in assigned areaSupport and comply with the company’s objectives, programs and vision.
