1st shift Warehouse Dispatcher needed in Bethlehem, PA!PeopleShare is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem on their search for a Warehouse Dispatcher. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Warehouse Dispatcher Job Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $17.60-22/hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Location: Bethlehem, PA 

Warehouse Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Manage and route deliveries from the Customer Center (CC) to customers, including return of used equipment

Efficiently create truck routes to optimize workload and minimize costs

Coordinate with Sales and Order Processing to ensure accurate delivery documentation and scheduling

Use Excel to run and interpret reports; ensure all documents are signed and stored appropriately

Utilize systems including Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax (experience preferred)

Update delivery systems (40%), Oracle updates and email notification...
