Warehouse Manager

Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in warehouse operations, at least 5 years in a managerial supervisory role. Prior experience in foodstuff, FMCG, or cold chain logistics is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large teams of pickers, loaders, and supervisors.
• Plan shifts, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with transport and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality food handling and storage regulations, as well as safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of handling perishable goods (frozen, chilled, and ambient stock).
• Strong technical skills and understanding of inventory control (FIFO/FEFO) practices.
• Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
