Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, train, a team of 3 warehouse staff.
* Ensure forklifts are maintained, including daily charging and battery water checks.
* Manage inbound and outbound freight, including loading/unloading trucks and containers.
* Prepare for incoming containers, including pallet allocation and racking space requirements.
* Check incoming deliveries against paperwork and ensure stock is put away within 48 hours.
* Pick and prepare stock requisitions and OTS orders in line with production schedules and dispatch requirements.
* Update all stock movements and bin locations in Ostendo/Odoo within required time frames.
* Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
