Warehouse Manager - SCommerce (Canlubang, Calamba).

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market.
• Manage various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget.
