Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.


2. Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, expediting team, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel.


3. Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.


4. Monitor KPI performance and take adequate measures to improvement.


5. Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team.


6. Ensure Qatargas ordered Spare Parts and Materials receipted in the Warehouse, conforming to the Qatargas purchase order specification and / or end user acceptance criteria and availability of appropriate supporting documentation.
