Job Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Shift Manager will manage teams within the Warehouse and motivate employees. Ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety within the Warehouse are maintained and product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in order to meet set KPI’s.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off rotating, 07.00-19.00/19.00-07.00

Salary: £45,397.70 per annum

Key Duties of a Warehouse Shift Manager:

Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.

Leading a team of Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives in their daily workload.

Ensuring that orders are picked, marshalled, unloaded and loaded in line with Customer specifications.

Ensure the highest possible levels of health, safety and hygiene are upheld so that legislative and quality requirements can be complied with, ensuring releva...
