About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy food distribution operation in Queenstown. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, loaded, and dispatched on time, meeting service standards and delivery deadlines Oversee inwards goods processes to ensure all stock is received accurately and processed promptly Maintain correct stock rotation, storage, labelling, and warehouse replenishment practices Support the training, coaching and performance management of the warehouse team What We’re Looking For
