Key Responsibilities:
• Assign daily tasks to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor team performance to achieve shipping goals
• Coordinate activities of warehouse personnel on the floor
• Provide training and orientation for new hires
• Enforce health and safety protocols for staff
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years experience in a Distribution Center
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Computer proficiency necessary
