**Position Summary:**

The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of outbound orders. This role leads frontline associates engaged in picking, packing, loading, and shipping activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
