Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Team Leader I for H-E-B Warehouse or Transportation, you'll manage different areas of operation to develop expertise in people leadership and tactical operational leadership. You'll lead a team of hourly Partners.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Management / Operations:

Spends majority of time using independent judgment making employment-related business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions (e.g., product- and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving Partner-related matters)

Provides daily supervision and support for an assigned group of hourly Partners; maintains an environment where Partners trust and respect the Leader and work together as a team to accomplish goals and objectives
