Webasto Charging Systems is looking for a Warranty Engineer to support our rapidly growing Charging division.
Work with Warranty Department Leads to meet plant, regional and corporate goals through all or part of, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Responsibility
Prepare and communicate warranty reports such as trend or cost analysis, cost analysis, product comparisons, top issues, cross reading, lessons learned and other necessary analyses using OEM portal or other data sources with timeliness and accuracy. Maintain warranty claims database coding to facilitate subject analysis. Perform debit claim analysis, follow through dispute and financial transaction completion. Maintain and track claims acceptance evidence status. Report accuracy, availability, cost, and usage in customer warranty database of dealer Labor Operation Codes and service parts.
