Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical related Work
• Preferably with work experience related to the position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in handling customers is an advantage
• Hard-working, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Preferably with background or knowledge in automobiles
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related systems
• With a valid Drivers License is a Plus

• Process warranty approval, claims, and repair orders.
• Ensures warranty paper works are properly documented and processed correctly.
• Keep abreast of technical bulletins and campaigns.
• Process warranty payment and/or claims to the dealer in coordination with the Accounting personnel for RO, invoices, and other documents.
