Opportunity Description
Position Summary
The Engineering Operations Project Manager will lead cross-functional engineering and technician teams supporting the 787 airplane-level integration efforts. This person ensures disciplined application of engineering processes (enterprise gated development, non recurring product development, readiness levels, change management) and synchronizes engineering activities with program and business objectives across development, production, certification and fleet support. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who mentors teammates, fosters diversity and inclusion, drives engineering excellence and safety, and has deep experience with Agile project management at scale and with Jira as the tool of choice.
