SAIC is seeking a **Web Developer** to support First Army Headquarters at **Rock Island Arsenal, IL.**
This role supports the Knowledge Management (KM) Team by developing web applications, modern front‑end interfaces, scripts, and data integrations that enhance information sharing and operational effectiveness across the command.
**The Web Developer will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:**
+ Analyze existing command solutions and identify areas for modernization or improvement.
+ Work with users and stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
+ Develop responsive front-end interfaces, dashboards, and custom web components for SharePoint 2019/Online and Army Vantage.
+ Build custom SharePoint applications and solutions using client‑side development (JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs), modern frameworks, and reusable components.
