Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with Inventory Management team and forwarder, and assign shipments to Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs) Arrange for inspections bookings Ensure non-approved stocks cannot be picked by 3PL Receive shipments into Warehouse Management System (WMS) Ensure inventory accuracy at 3PL warehouse Send transfers orders to 3PL Ensure 3PL pick and deliver correctly for the transfers from the correct shipment batch Ensure 3PL complies to agreed SOPs Generate reports with regard to 3PL performance Resolve any operations issues with 3PL Verify billing from 3PL before submission to Grocery Logistics Singapore Look into 3PL process improvement Support warehouse operations Any other tasks as assigned by the management
