Welder / Fabricator

Lincoln Contracting is seeking skilled welders/fabricators with experience in construction-based and custom fabrication projects. This role involves reading blueprints, cutting and fitting materials, and performing high-quality welds to build and repair structural components and custom metal pieces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise dimensions.
• Fabricate custom parts and structures based on project needs.
