Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Entry Level Welder to join their team. As a Production Welder you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and welding of various components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Poughkeepsie, NY

**Pay Range: $20.00/hr**

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm and Friday 6am-12pm (Overtime)

+ Follow daily directions from team lead on which parts to work on
+ Perform MIG welding on mild steels with precision and safety
+ Work with fixtured parts to ensure accurate assembly
+ Use tape measures, read prints, and operate basic hand tools
