Job Summary

Responsible for inspection and quality control of welding activities related to storage tank fabrication and erection, ensuring full compliance with API 650 standards and project requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of tank construction, welding processes, and inspection procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform welding inspection for storage tank fabrication and erection activities
• Review and verify WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records
• Conduct fit-up inspection, joint preparation verification, and welding inspection
• Ensure compliance with API 650 requirements for tank construction
• Verify material identification, traceability, and MTC compliance
• Coordinate and witness NDT activities and review inspection results
