Welding QC Inspector

Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Conduct and Prepare procedure qualification (PQR) / pWPS / WPS/ WPQ / ITP in accordance with ASME SEC IX / AWS D1.1 / Client specification. 2. Inspection & Testing as per ASME Pressure vessel construction as per ASME Sec VIII, Power piping, Process piping & Line Pipes (ASME B31.1 /B31.3 / API 5L) 3. Analyze project specifications, WPS, drawings, MTCs and relevant documentation to ensure alignment with standard and customer requirements 4. Perform fit-up and visual inspection of welding activities for structural and piping jobs. 5. Review MTC (as per ASME SEC II /ASTM / EN)/ NDE/NDT reports and coordinate internal and external NDE/NDT parties (RT/UT/MT/PT) including scheduling and follow-up. 6. Prepare and maintain QC documentation including inspection reports, weld maps, weld summary sheet, NDE requests / RFI, and final QC dossier / MDR submission / method statements as per project requirements. 7.
