The Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor will provide onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles. As a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist, you'll conduct sessions using interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT).
