Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen an den Standorten und in den Vertriebsregionen
- Teilnehmerverwaltung - Erstellung von Einladungen, Zertifikaten und Dokumentation im CRM-System
- Buchungsanfragen bei Dienstleistern, Hotels und Eventlocations
- Erstellung von PowerPoint Dateien
