Overview
Our client, an international organization based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Western Personal Assistant. The role provides top-notch administrative support to the Vice President and two Senior Managers. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and two Senior Managers.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma holder with minimum 3 years of Personal Assistant experience; at least 1 year supporting a senior manager.
- Fluency in English; strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Experience in travel coordination and hotel bookings.
- Driving license and a car, or live near Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center.
