You will be advising on regulatory exposure and risk management, themercial implications of sanctions risk, litigation and disputes arising out of sanctions exposure and front end sanctionspliance. Proven experience advising onplex internal and external investigations, including matters involving allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering, or regulatory misconduct essential plus a strong working knowledge of UK and international sanctions regimes.
