Opportunity Description
We are looking for a WiFi Network Technician to provide L1.5 support for network and wireless infrastructure. The role involves monitoring WiFi performance, troubleshooting network issues, managing fault tickets, supporting escalations, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and good customer communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities- Provide Day 2 L1.5 support for network and WiFi infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot WiFi and network performance issues
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and related network devices
- Manage network fault tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Support customers via phone, email, and onsite interactions
- Monitor system, network, and service alerts
- Support Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalations when required
