We are seeking a high-energy, driven Win-Back Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive hunter who thrives on re‑engaging former and declined customers. You’ll focus on building relationships, understanding churn reasons, and reigniting interest through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
- Re‑Engage Past Customers: Outreach to declined and churned accounts and previously engaged prospects.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute multi-channel campaigns (calls, emails, social) to reintroduce the value proposition and address past objections.
- Account Research: Understand churn reasons, competitor positioning, and current business needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams to align on messaging, offers, and retention strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, feedback, and progress in the CRM system such as Salesforce and Outreach.
