Job Summary:

Winding of electric motors through inserting copper wire coils and connecting the jumpers/lead cables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic level interpretation of motor specifications.


• (BOM and Winding Instruction Sheet)


• Inserter:


• Basic level inserting insulation and insulated copper wire coils into motor stator cores, according to specifications.


• Pre-form coil end turns with Rubber Mallet/forming peddles trim phase Separators

Connector:

• Basic level pre-Form end turns connect jumpers/ lead cable (Solder, Hydraulic or Air Crimper) Hand lace winding end turn.


• Inspect to assure compliance with Quality Control criteria, and perform associated tasks, forming coils as needed.
