Your key roles are:
You will be the key contributor to support whole China Area winder service business both in PFS and PIP. You will be the key driver to develop local team’s competence, like process fine tuning, coordinate multi skill /mechanical, hydraulic, automation etc. Build up standard and/or tailor-made customer solution. You will be the key coach to solve customer problem through remote/onsite tunning. You will be the key contact for global resource coordination and transfer newest winder knowledge. Requirements:
