Windows Desktop & Endpoint Management Engineers

We are looking for an experienced Windows Desktop Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows desktop environments, with a focus on SCCM, OS deployment, and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a medium to large Windows desktop environment using Microsoft SCCM.
• Develop and manage OS Deployment and OS Upgrade methodologies .
• Own configuration management for the Windows 11 build.
• Test, approve, and release all Windows Desktop OS-related patches .
• Serve as a 3rd-level escalation point for Windows Desktop stability and performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation , including design artifacts, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
