The Windows IT Engineer is a mid-level technical role responsible for the secure, stable, and efficient operation of one or more IT domains within the Hybrid IT Operations team. IT Engineers are independent contributors who own operational tasks, support service delivery, and actively contribute to continuous improvement within established guidelines set by senior engineers in their respective domain of responsibility.
This role combines hands-on technical execution with a growing understanding of cross-domain interdependencies. IT Engineers excel in one topic and are expected to gain practical experience in other IT Operations areas to support a cross-functional team model.
IT Engineers work hands-on across day-to-day operations while collaborating with peers, SMEs, and senior engineers to resolve complex issues, support small implementations, and continuously improve service quality.
