Job Description and Responsibilities

Provides application administration and technical support for Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). Responsible for installing, testing, deploying, configuring, debugging, updating, and patching enterprise applications while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all supported systems.
