As our B-Grade Machinist, you will be a key player in our mill operations, ensuring high-efficiency production runs. Your focus will be on maintaining output quality and volume using established templates, jigs, and pre-ground tooling.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Machine Operation: Setting up and operating standard woodworking machinery, including thicknessers, planers, buzzers, and basic CNC routers.
2. Standard Setups: Utilizing existing templates and off-the-shelf tooling to prepare machines for repetitive production runs.
