Reporting to the Woodlands Operations Superintendent, the Woodlands Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day harvesting operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational plans while supporting West Fraser’s commitment to sustainable forest management.

You'll Do

• Lead and supervise logging contractors and field operations to safely achieve production targets
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental requirements, and provincial forest regulations
• Monitor harvesting, road building, and hauling activities to ensure operational efficiency and cost control
• Coordinate daily and weekly operating plans with contractors and internal partners
