Workday Change Manager – Hybrid Legal Tech Transformation

Maddocks is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the delivery of their Workday transformation program. This role is for 12 months on a fixed-term contract, located in the Philippines or flexible offices in Melbourne or Sydney.

You will lead end-to-end change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and readiness, while developing strategies for sustainable adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex environments, preferably in the legal industry, and be passionate about delivering first-class client service.
